Changing the Batting Order is officially in full swing!

Bat For a Chance help people around the world using cricket as a force for social change. Seeing the charity grow from a teenage passion project in 2019 to where we are today has been a surreal journey.

Two weeks ago, we set out on our biggest mission yet. We are sending 1,000 cricket starter kits into the hands of primary schools and community groups across the UK that need them most.

To ensure we reach the right places, we are working with our digital partner @accuracast to target 500 schools in the country's most deprived areas, and with @SportedUK to support 500 community groups already doing incredible work on the ground.

It has been a busy few weeks and the momentum is incredible with over 500 entries so far. Applications close on May 15th, so we are getting everything ready to start distribution this June.

This is a huge step forward for us. We will be sharing more about our journey over the coming months as these kits start arriving in schools and clubs across the country.

If you want to see the impact of this campaign in the UK, plus hear updates about our work in places like South Africa, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, and Barbados, please follow the Bat For a Chance page or get in touch if you think you can help!
